More Then He Can Take Ch. 4

Isabella hid in the closet until Phineas walked in. She slowly opened the double doors and slid out. She walked up to Phineas and looked at him. There was the boy she had fallen head over heels for, the guy she loved, her prince, her knight in shining armor. She remembered the dream she had every so often…

It was a bright sunny day when Isabella entered the backyard. Phineas looked up from his blueprints when Isabella cleared her throat. No "Wat'cha Doin?" or even a "Hey." Isabella stepped toward Phineas and slowly opened her mouth. But Phineas was faster. He swirled her in his arms and brought his lips onto hers. The world twirled around in a passionate dance, revolving around the two. He raised her up and twirled her around and set her down. She looked at him, and he looked at her. Then, a giant spider came out of nowhere and crushed all of Danville.

Isabella shook her head. She didn't know where the spider came from. She again looked passionately at Phineas. Phineas stared at her. He waved his hand in front of her face.

"Hello," he called, "Are you okay?"

"What?" cried Isabella, "OH, I'm fine. Just fine. Everything is a-okay!" Phineas looked at her again with a funny glance.

"Alright, if you say so…"

"Um, let's get your, uh, air mattress ready."

"Okay, whatever you say," replied Phineas, sort of at a loss for words. Together, the two unrolled the flat mattress and plugged in the air pump. After a while, Phineas was on a full mattress while Isabella climbed into her bed.

"Goodnight, Isabella," said Phineas.

"'Night," replied Isabella. She rolled over and sighed. She hadn't done it. She couldn't do it. What if it was more then he could take?
